Delta Air Lines' pilots have approved an agreement that cuts guaranteed flying hours in exchange for a promise of no involuntary furloughs through the end of next year. Nearly three-quarters of the carrier's pilots voted to approve the deal, according to the pilots' union. Delta already had said earlier this year it would not need to implement involuntary furloughs for its flight attendants or ground crew.
