Air Canada's low-cost subsidiary Rouge resumed service on Monday with a flight between Toronto and Cancun. The airline plans to "progressively add Air Canada Rouge to select North American leisure markets from Eastern Canada" as traffic resumes, according to Air Canada VP of network planning and alliances Mark Galardo. Rouge flights use narrow-body Airbus aircraft with Premium and Economy sections.
