Overall reserved occupancy is up 0.7 percent for the quarter, and ADR is up 3.2 percent. Fourth-quarter metrics could prove more promising for hoteliers, as overall committed occupancy is up 6 percent and ADR is up 3 percent. The September NAHR looks at group sales commitments and individual reservations in 25 major North American markets for hotel stays booked by Sept. 5, 2015, from July 2015 to August 2016.
