Program Benefits: Business Access is built on Spotnana technology. The platform offers all-in-one booking, travel insights and real-time analytics, custom travel policies and the ability to connect to the client company’s expense reporting solution. Paid add-on features include automated expense reports, as well as expense management tools and integrations. Member companies get discounts at hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio and earn points for future stays, room upgrades, etc. Certain usage thresholds earn Elite status rewards to transfer to individual company travelers.
Loyalty Benefits: Travelers under Business Access must be enrolled in the Marriott Bonvoy rewards program. Individual employees access online booking, self-service changes and other functions and amenities via the Marriott Bonvoy app. They can also add airline, rail, and car loyalty numbers to their profile to ensure they collect all benefits—but they cannot add other hotel loyalty numbers.
