On Sept. 1, Yuli Thompson will be Virgin Atlantic's VP of
North America, taking charge of the carrier's commercial operations, including
sales. Thompson—who has worked for Virgin Atlantic since 2006, most recently as
VP of pricing and ancillary revenue—will succeed Chris Rossi, who is joining
Virgin Atlantic partner Delta as managing director of New York financial sales.
