United Airlines is giving corporate customers a pass on contract performance terms for this year, SVP of worldwide sales Jake Cefolia said in a letter to clients. Customers will continue to receive negotiated discounts and amenities on travel this year regardless of contract performance, and United will not take 2020 contract performance into account when they come up for renewal, he said. "These current circumstances are outside of your control, and you should not be held accountable for them," Cefolia said. United last month extended contract expiration dates for all accounts with contracts expiring over the subsequent six months.
