The Data Exchange have developed a dashboard for travel buyers negotiating and
managing airline contracts. According to Nina & Pinta, the dashboard
consolidates travel data to show buyers spending by airline, alliance, class of
travel and point of sale by country. With that data, buyers can monitor airline
contract performance, identify savings opportunities and areas where volume is
overcommitted, and benchmark paid fares versus contracted fares. Pricing is
based on the number of airlines in a program, as well as whether a travel buyer
plans to use the dashboard as a self-service tool or requires support.
