MGM Resorts International chairman and CEO Jim Murren is leaving the company ahead of his contract expiration in 2021, according to The Wall Street Journal. He has headed MGM Resorts since 2008. He will remain with the company until the board selects his successor. In June, longtime chief sales officer and SVP Michael Dominguez also left the company to become president and CEO at ALHI, global sales organization dedicated to the meetings and incentives marketplace.
