Conlin Travel has acquired two Michigan-based travel agencies, Okemos-based Classic Travel and Rochester Hills-based Suburban Travel, the company announced Tuesday. Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Conlin focuses on midmarket business travel companies and in 2019 had total sales of $180.2 million, according to Travel Weekly. "Conlin Travel is actively seeking other agency owners looking for creative exit plans or the ability to reach profitability with combined resources during these unprecedented times," Conlin Travel Leisure managing partner Charlie O'Neill said in a statement. Terms of the deals were undisclosed.
