ARC named travel industry veteran Bonnie Reitz as chairman of the board of directors,

replacing David Landuyt, who after 24 years on the board becomes chairman emeritus. Reitz began her career at Eastern Airlines before serving on Continental Airlines' management team. After leaving the airline, Reitz founded a management consultancy. "Her background and experience on the air carrier side of our industry, coupled with her appreciation of the value of travel agencies, uniquely qualify her for this role," according to ARC president and CEO Mike Premo. "In addition, Bonnie's knowledge of corporate governance best practices from her service on the boards of public, private and non-profit organizations will make her a great asset to both ARC management and the board as our only truly independent director."
