of a General Services Administration decision to select only Concur for its E-Gov Travel System contract.
GSA announced the $1.5 billion, 15-year award in early June, and CWT's government travel division, CWTSatoTravel, filed the protest two weeks later. Known as ETS2 and the successor to the current system, which is facilitated in part by CWTSatoTravel, the contract is designed to provide end-to-end electronic travel and expense services to more than 90 federal agencies. Concur executives have said they expect to begin earning revenue from the business in 2014.
