according to Concur, which powers the travel and expense management program. Among those agencies currently implementing ETS2 are the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Energy, Concur announced Tuesday. GSA in May 2012
selected Concur as the sole provider of ETS2. CWTSatoTravel, the government-specific arm of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, in October 2012 filed a federal lawsuit alleging that the single-provider contract violated federal contracting standards. A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge last month denied a motion by Concur and GSA to dismiss the claim and ordered GSA to reevaluate CWT's bid; however, the judge allowed the contract with Concur to stand in the interim.
