The deal with Sabre takes effect next month and will use Sabre's TripCase itinerary products. The CWT agreement calls for "a new online and mobile offering" for U.S.-based corporate travelers by the end of this year. In both cases, customized and "contextually relevant" offers to travelers who opt in can relate to dining, entertainment, airport services and other business services available through Deem, which according to Rearden includes "more than 1.2 million local and national merchants."
Rearden built Deem Offers after acquiring HomeRun.com in 2011.
