Payless Car Rental Targets Small Biz

Responding to a growing niche market within car rental, Payless Car Rental today introduced a new account program and Passport Club Program for small businesses.

The program guarantees a 5 percent discount off the lowest applicable rate, which the company said reveals its aim to establish ties to the "price-sensitive business traveler." Similar programs already have been developed by National Car Rental, Avis Rent a Car, Hertz and Budget Rent a Car.
