NBTA Rep Appointed To Government Lobby Group
The United States Chamber of Commerce's Association Committee of 100 appointed Bill Connors, executive director and COO of the National Business Travel Association, to its membership for the coming year, NBTA yesterday announced.
"It's an honor to be included amongst the members of this elite group of association executives," Connors stated. "NBTA's representation on the committee gives corporate travel managers yet another voice in Washington and will help ensure that business travel is fairly represented in the Chamber's lobbying efforts."
Founded in 1958, the committee represents leading association executives in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and works to expand lobbying and coalition association outreach efforts.
