I recently read with dismay an article about automated preferred lodging programs (<I>BTN,</I> March 22) that failed to talk about RFP Express, the world's only fully automated preferred lodging program service. We have been around for over four years. Having recently added such companies as Adam's Mark Hotels and RFS Management, our list of clients is rapidly becoming a who's who of users. With such previous and current users as Toyota, Panasonic, Champion, AECOM, Occidental Petroleum, Revlon and many others, we are light years ahead in development and features of the companies listed in your article.
