New York-based advisory and housing management firm Primestone Partners has launched a new division offering furnished extended-stay service, targeting relocating executives, government staffers and insurance, travel and entertainment industry clients, the company announced.
Named Primestone Housing Solutions, the division is led by Primestone Partners chief development officer Kenneth Flornes and claims to offer "a white-glove, high-touch service approach which includes 24/7 maintenance and on-call personal concierge services." The property portfolio includes 36 U.S. markets and more than 16 international locations.
In addition to the ability to search and book global properties, the company's technology platform allows for booking codes for different departments, divisions or subsidiaries; custom invoicing and direct billing; content on individual units; and set-up of move-in dates and in-unit amenities, as well as the ability to report maintenance issues via a voice assistant.
Primestone's units feature Wi-Fi, designer furniture and high-end appliances and fixtures, according to the company. Many properties include doormen, fitness centers, pools and parking, according to the company.
The company offers its Stay Safe Program for industry best practices for cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, all staff and outside vendors are regularly tested for Covid-19, according to Primestone.
