During a Wednesday conference call with analysts, CEO Steve Singh didn't provide a specific number or identify any particular agencies, but noted that early signers have included both small and large federal agencies. The company, which the U.S. General Services Administration in June 2012 announced as the
single ETS2 award winner, previously anticipated the first agencies would sign in the latter part of its current fiscal year, which runs through September. "We're obviously investing behind the public-sector opportunity because we think it's as big as the managed travel segment or the unmanaged travel segment," Singh said. "It's literally one-third the size of the market segments that we serve."
