British Airways has gone live on SAP Concur TripLink. Now, when clients link their Concur account and BA frequent-flyer account through either supplier, they can book their companies' negotiated rates on BA's website. The bookings then will prepopulate into Concur's itinerary app, TripIt, and into SAP Concur Expense. That allows travel managers to capture off-channel bookings in real time without travelers forwarding itineraries to Concur. In January of last year, United became the first airline to go live on TripLink; that was for United website bookings, and United mobile app bookings followed in October. An SAP Concur spokesperson said TripLink functionality via BA's mobile app would be available "at some point."
