StarCite Debuts One-On-One Meetings Automation
StarCite today launched a tool designed to manage small group and one-on-one meetings within larger corporate events.
The tool, Meetings 1:1, automates the scheduling of the small meetings by weighing attendee and speaker preferences and availability. When attendees register for the meeting, they can review the schedules for one-on-one meetings or sessions and request a time. The tool can then play matchmaker between attendee and speaker preferences, using a planner’s assigned rankings.
StarCite CEO Greg Dukat said the tool "can bring participants together in away that supports business goals, reduces costs and eliminates mistakes. From an investment bank arranging important analyst meetings to a pharmaceutical company overseeing multiple interactions with doctors, managing one-to-one meetings has always been burdensome, error-prone and full of complexity."
Additionally, the tool can manage the one-on-one and small group data within the attendee management system and integrate with other systems, such as investor relations databases, according to StarCite.
