Northwest Airlines on 1 Jan 2007 will terminate interline ticketing and baggage agreements
with "50 airlines around the world that have no plans to offer interline electronic ticketing with the company." Northwest said it is committed to the International Air Travel Association's goal of 100 percent worldwide e-ticketing by the end of next year.
