Marriott International no longer will participate in American Airlines' loyalty program.
According to AA's Web site, "The last day to earn miles on a qualified [Marriott] stay will be June 30, 2010." An AA spokesman said the move was "a Marriott decision." A Marriott spokeswoman confirmed the two companies could not agree to terms and offered no further information.
