John Davis III was named CEO of Birch Street Systems

Recently retired Pegasus Solutions Inc. CEO , an e-procurement and back-office automation solutions company. More than 1,800 hotel properties in more than 25 countries use Birch Street to access and manage more than 130,000 suppliers and process nearly $1.5 billion in annual purchasing transactions, according to the company.
