JetBlue Airways on Thursday reported a $9 million fourth-quarter profit

, down from 2009’s $11 million fourth-quarter profit. JetBlue attributed the decline in part to December storms that forced cancellations, taking an estimated $30 million bite out of revenues. JetBlue's average fare for the last three months of 2010 was $140.01, up nearly 4 percent from the fourth quarter of 2009. The carrier's $97 million full-year profit bested its $61 million 2009 profit.
