Frontier Airlines and Midwest Airlines announced a codeshare deal
calling for cooperation on flights from Frontier's Denver hub and from Midwest's Milwaukee hub. The companies said the deal would take effect "by late summer." Both airlines recently agreed to be acquired by Republic Airways Holdings.
