Delta Air Lines implemented Abacus International's GroupClaim technology in seven Asian markets.

The technology allows travel agencies to claim and manage group passenger name records created by airlines, reducing reliance on faxes, phone calls and passive segments, and thus driving efficiencies and lowering distribution costs to both travel agencies and airlines, according to Abacus. Delta implemented the solution in China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan.
