AirTran Holdings Inc. reported a $107 million net loss for the third quarter
, including $41.5 million in one-time charges related to fuel hedging. An average fare increase of 6.6 percent to $96.07 helped the company achieve "record third quarter revenues." AirTran plans to cut fourth-quarter and full-year 2009 capacity as much as 7 percent.
