AMR Corp. reported a fourth quarter net loss of $69 million
Blaming fuel prices, American Airlines parent , its first quarterly loss since early 2006. But the company's full-year 2007 net profit of $504 million was more than double its 2006 result, marking AMR's first back-to-back annual profits since 1999-2000.
