Wyndham Worldwide achieved an $86 million net profit for the first quarter
. Spun off from Cendant Corp. last August, the company said hotel group revenue increased 6 percent year-over-year to $152 million. Average daily rate across the Wyndham system--including such brands as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Days Inn, Ramada and Howard Johnson--rose $1 to $64.43.
