Winston-Salem, N.C.-based business travel consulting firm Goldspring Consulting and Virginia-based Managed Travel Consulting agreed Monday to merge July 1.

GoldSpring formed a strategic partnership with Partnership Travel Consulting in September 2014 and acquired Management Alternatives in February. Management Travel Consulting principals Julie Simpson and Susan Stowe will join GoldSpring as senior consultants. “It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Julie and Susan to the team,” said GoldSpring Consulting partner Mark Williams. “Their combined travel management experience and stellar reputation will further strengthen and broaden our organization’s offerings."
