Travelport will provide travel agents with "fully automated" hotel commission processing through Galileo and Worldspan
, aiming to increase commissions to travel agents by as much as 40 percent. Through a partnership with hotel commission recovery and reconciliation service Net Trans, Travelport announced it would recoup commissions "wherever in the world the hotel booking is done," and offer agents monthly data.
