Sabre Travel Network released its Sabre Air enhanced air shopping and pricing platform in Europe
. More than 28,000 agency locations there are now using this "open systems" platform instead of the mainframe standard, following the migration last year of 27,000 locations in North America. The new technology helps agents find lower fares and more quickly load private negotiated fares.
