Omni Hotels appointed Tom Santora as its new chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales
, responsible for customer loyalty, global sales, revenue management and electronic and call center distribution, among other areas. Santora previously was executive vice president of sales and marketing for the Kor Hotel Group.
