Year-over-year premium traffic has grown every month this year, though IATA reported October premium passenger counts remain 7 percent below peaks reported for the month in 2007. Premium traffic growth in October remained the strongest in Asia, ranging from nearly 12 percent on Africa-Far East routes to 22 percent between the Middle East and the Far East. October North Atlantic premium traffic, meanwhile, grew nearly 9 percent from 2009 levels.
