Frasers Hospitality, which operates 39 serviced apartment properties in 21 cities in Asia and Europe, plans to open another 25 properties by the end of 2012

. The new openings will add 4,300 serviced residences to its inventory in 37 different cities, according to the Singapore-based company. Frasers plans to open this year properties in the Chinese cities of Suzhou and Chengdu, plus Jakarta, New Delhi, Doha and Budapest, among others. Chief executive Choe Peng Sum said occupancy in the first three months of 2011 was 80 percent across all properties, "signaling a strong upswing for the extended stay market."
