EasyJet from 11 June will collect "certain additional information from all passengers traveling to Spain

," which will become the first country to apply Advance Passenger Information requirements, as stipulated by a European Union directive. EasyJet activated a Web site to collect such information as date of birth, passport number and nationality from passengers traveling between Spain and such "non-Schengen countries" as Morocco, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
