Cvent expanded its meeting technology platform to include sourcing and request for proposals tools, a database of more than 75,000 event venues and service providers, and a suite of RFP response tools for suppliers to prioritize and reply to meeting leads
. The new tools also allow planners to easily compare RFP responses. Cvent said it invested more than $10 million and 125 people to develop the technology over the past two years.
