CWT named Andrew Winterton president of suppliers, products and technology and promoted Mike Koetting to North America COO
. Both serve on Carlson Wagonlit Travel's global executive team. Winterton is responsible for supplier relationships, information technology and product management. He had resigned this spring from American Express Business Travel after a nine-year stint.
