Brussels and London Heathrow airports achieved Airport Carbon Accreditation certifications

as part of Airports Council International-Europe's resolution on climate change. Brussels Airport earned certificates for reduction and mapping initiatives while Heathrow achieved optimization, the highest level possible without offsetting. Since the ACA program was launched last year, 23 airports across 12 European countries have achieved one or more certifications for mapping, reduction, optimization or neutrality.
