Amadeus formed a new rail business group with the merger of its existing rail unit and recently acquired rail technology firm Onerail
. It named Diane Bouzebiba as head of development, responsible for sales, marketing and product management, and Doug Howe, former Onerail Chief Operating Officer, responsible for product definition and delivery.
