Amadeus IT Group agreed to sell online travel agency Opodo to Axa Private Equity and Permira Funds

Subject to approvals from the Amadeus board of directors and competition authorities, the transaction would total about €500 million (US$681 million) "including the costs of the operation, adjusting for the cash reserves and working capital position of Opodo." The deal includes a 10-year agreement in which Amadeus would provide "GDS services."
