ARC announced new data reporting for airlines that it said would help "improve corporate contracts
" and "assess agency incentive programs," among other features. ARC Itinerary Detail offers U.S. and foreign carriers "segment-level data" allowing them to "work with actual sales data, not projected bookings, and benchmarking based on the most current ARC-settled data of more than 150 of the world's leading carriers," according to general manager of data and analytical products John Kyle.
