AMR Corp. said it plans to sell regional carrier American Eagle
American Airlines parent and "focus on its mainline business." American Eagle, which operates 300 aircraft to 150 airports, would continue to serve as an AA regional affiliate, but would also "provide quality feed at competitive rates to other carriers," AMR said.
