that new deals with travel management companies, including recently announced
arrangements with Flight Centre Group's FCm Travel Solutions and Corporate
Traveller, essentially are "sales and marketing agreements." The U.K.
carrier in recent years has intensified its pursuit of business travelers by further
participating in global distribution systems, creating flexible airfares,
forming a corporate sales force and
striking deals with corporate customers.
