The association requires that at least 10 percent of members be present for in-person, proxy or electronic voting. Tuesday's meeting did not meet that attendance threshold, he said, and the present board will meet soon “to discuss the process and next steps, including the need to call a special meeting of direct members.” Members were voting for a board president, a vice president, three at-large directors and an allied member director. It also was voting on
proposed changes to its bylaws.
