Gross bookings dollar volume at Egencia rose 47 percent to $471 million in the March quarter
compared with a year earlier, nearly doubling the pace of leisure growth for parent Expedia. Egencia revenue rose 35 percent to $34 million, and operating income before amortization broke out to $6 million, up from a loss of $1 million a year earlier. Egencia's OIBA ranged between -$1 million and $2 million in each of the prior eight quarters.
