Expedia's Egencia grew revenues 33 percent and gross bookings 27 percent in the December quarter

compared with the fourth quarter of 2009. The $39 million in fourth-quarter revenue brought the company's 2010 total to $143 million, 32 percent higher than in 2009. Operating income before amortization was $3 million in the quarter and $17 for full-year 2010. Net income for parent Expedia Inc. fell 30 percent to $71 million in the quarter.
