compared with $42 million during the same period last year. Revenue for the company's lodging group decline 9 percent to $154 million while average daily rate across all brands dropped 4.6 percent. The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand specifically experienced a 6.4 percent ADR increase, to $124.60, though occupancy fell 10 percentage points to 51.6 percent.
