UAL. Corp. reported a fourth quarter net loss of $53 million

United Airlines parent , narrower than the $61 million loss from the fourth quarter of 2006. For 2007, the company's first full year following emergence from bankruptcy, UAL posted a net profit of $403 million--its first profitable year since 2000. Full-year consolidated passenger revenue increased 6 percent to $18.3 billion.
