BTN parent Northstar Travel Media named Alicia Evanko-Lewis vice president of events for Travel Weekly, The BTN Group and PhoCusWright.

She is responsible for accelerating the growth and managing Northstar's tradeshow and event portfolio, according to a company statement. "We are expanding our tradeshow and face-to-face event portfolio through organic growth and strategic acquisitions of events that strengthen current market positions," said Northstar CEO Tom Kemp. Evanko-Lewis has experience as a corporate conference manager and most recently served as vice president of tradeshow and events for Questex Media Group, Inc. At Northstar, she reports to Bob Sullivan, executive vice president and group publisher for Travel Weekly, The BTN Group and PhoCusWright.
